Who I am

I’m Michael Sanchez, sales and merchant solutions at SCORE Processing, 149 Main Street, Huntington, NY 11743. Pay with Michael is my website. You can reach me at (631) 807-1305 or msanchez@scoreprocessing.com.

What each form sends

• Statement review: your name, business name, phone, email, any processing figures you enter (monthly card sales, number of transactions, total fees), what you’re looking for, and your statement PDF if you attach one.
• Application request: your name, business name, phone, email, the equipment you’re considering and the best time to call.

Neither form asks for a Social Security number, date of birth, tax ID, bank account or card number, so please don’t type them into either one. The merchant application that collects those is a separate, secure process, and I send it to you after we talk.

Where it goes

When you press send, the website emails your request to me through Google Workspace, SCORE Processing’s email provider. An attached statement travels as an attachment to that email. The website itself saves nothing, not even a copy of your statement. From then on your request is an email in my business mailbox, like any message you might send me directly.

I use what you send to review your costs and to contact you about your request. I never sell or rent it, and I never use it for advertising.

Hosting

The site is hosted by Vercel. Like any web host, Vercel processes technical details of each visit, such as your IP address and the pages you request, to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. To slow down spam, the forms keep a short count of recent requests from each IP address in the server’s memory. That count is never written to storage and disappears when the server restarts.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no cookies and runs no tracking scripts of any kind. While you browse, it loads nothing from other companies’ servers; even the fonts are served from this site.

After you send a request

I’ll call or email you about it. If you’d rather I didn’t, tell me by phone or email and I’ll stop.

Your choices

You can ask me what I have from a request you sent. Tell me if anything is wrong and I’ll correct it, or ask me to delete your request and any statement you attached.

Merchant accounts

If you go on to open a merchant account, the application is a separate process with its own agreement and terms. This website plays no part in it.

Changes

If this page changes, the effective date above changes with it.
