How it works
From the first call to your first sale.
We talk it through on a video call.
You tell me what the business does and how you expect to take payment. I show you how the setup works.
You get the offer in writing.
The processing and the website tier sit on one written offer. Nothing is decided on the call.
I set up the account and the terminal.
I send the secure application, then plan the equipment and the setup with you.
Your website goes live when you approve it.
You review it on a private preview first. It goes live on your go-ahead, with your Google Business Profile pointing to it.
The terms
The website is included for as long as you process with me.
If you stop processing with me within the first 12 months, you pay the site-only price, prorated for the part of that period that is left.
The basic website has no minimum volume. The e-commerce hookup is included once you process $15,000 a month or more in card sales; below that it is a paid add-on, quoted in writing. I confirm where you stand before you sign anything.
The site and the domain stay yours either way. The exact wording is in the written agreement you sign.

What the website includes

Is there a minimum?
Not for the basic website. It is included when you process with me, whatever your volume.

The care plan
Updates and backups, uptime monitoring, content changes when you need them, and a short written review each quarter.
On the Included tier it costs nothing extra while you process with me.
If you already have a domain
I build on the domain you have. If you don’t have one yet, I register it for you, and it is yours.
Cash discount and surcharge programs
Both are optional. I explain how each one works before you choose, and you can run without either.
If you stop processing with me
The site and the domain are yours. I transfer the domain and hand over the files when you ask.
Inside the first 12 months, the prorated site-only price applies, as set out in your agreement.
If the business is not open yet
That is a good time to start, so the account and the site are planned before you open.
